Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to browse, choose and order from Wallware. That includes people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, magnification or voice control.

Our target

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. It's the standard we design and test against. We haven't reached it everywhere yet. The gaps we know about are listed below.

What we've done

In October 2026 we reviewed our shopping path, from product pages to cart to checkout, against WCAG 2.1 AA. Then we fixed what we found: clearer contrast on buttons and small text, visible keyboard focus, named cart and quantity controls, a menu that works fully by keyboard, announced form errors on our contact page, an announcement bar that no longer moves on its own, and set builders that scroll as a normal page at high zoom.

What we're still working on

  • The short videos at the top of our Build Your Set and push-button guides play on a loop, with no pause button yet. They're decorative, and they stop if your device is set to reduce motion.
  • Some product photos still have unclear descriptions.
  • On phones, the product image gallery can't yet be scrolled with a keyboard.
  • We haven't yet confirmed that the spam check on our contact form works by keyboard alone. If it blocks you, email us directly.
  • We haven't yet tested with a screen reader such as VoiceOver. That's next.

Pages run by others

Checkout is hosted by Shopify. Reviews come from Judge.me. We choose these partners partly for their accessibility work, but we don't control their pages.

Order another way

If anything on this site gets in your way, you don't have to use it. Email us and we'll help you choose, answer questions, and take your order directly, at the same price.
